HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PASSPORT?
If you lodge your application in person at the Australian Embassy in Stockholm, you can pay in cash. If you wish to pick up your passport at the Embassy in Stockholm, no additional charges will be added.
Applicants living in Sweden should pay using bankgiro or a direct bank deposit. Applicants living in Finland, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania should pay using a funds transfer. Alternatively, all applicants can pay using Internet banking. See further information below.
Please note, that we do not accept credit card payments.
Applicants living in Sweden
The bankgiro number for the Embassy is 188-3990, and the name of the bank is SEB. Applicants can also make a direct bank deposit into the Embassy’s account no. 5277-1000652.

Please fill in the full amount of all passports you are paying for, including any additional charges for registered mail. Enter the family name of the applicant in block letters in the “text box” and then arrange the deposit through any SEB branch. Please include the carbon copy slip as proof of payment when you mail your application. The application process cannot proceed until the Embassy has received the corrent payment.
Applicants living in Finland, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania
If you do not live in Sweden, please arrange a funds transfer, in Swedish Kronor, into the Embassy account no. 5277-1000652

Additional bank charges
Please note that banks usually deduct a fee for transfering amounts. If you live in Finland, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania and you pay using a bank transfer or by Internet banking please add the additional amount listed below.

Please note that these additional bank charges do not apply for applicants living in Sweden.
Internet banking
If you wish to pay into the account using Internet banking, please ensure you enter your family name as a reference in the “text box”. If paying from Finland, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania, please note the additional charge of SEK 12 when using Internet banking. This is an additional bank fee, and is not included in the passport application fee.
