HOW MUCH DOES THE PASSPORT COST?
The passport application fees (in Swedish Kronor) are adjusted every month according to the exchange rate to the Australian dollar. Please check the current fee for the month you are lodging your application.
Passport application fees for December 2008:
Adult Ordinary (32 pages) - SEK 1070
Adult Frequent Traveller (64 pages) - SEK 1600
Minor Ordinary (32 pages) - SEK 535
Senior Ordinary (32 pages) - SEK 535
Priority Processing Fee (Emergency) - SEK 400
1 Lost/Stolen Passport in Last 5 Years - SEK 355
2 Lost/Stolen Passports in Last 5 Years - SEK 1070
3 Lost/Stolen Passports in Last 5 Years - SEK 2140
Fees for registered mail
If you are unable to collect your new passport from the Embassy in Stockholm, we will send the passport to your home address with registered mail. For registered mail, please add the following amount to the application fee:
Within Sweden - SEK 70
To Finland, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania - SEK 100
